Since 1876, The Ekka has showcased the best of Queensland, attracting more than 21,000 competition entries from woodchop to giant vegetables, beef cattle to cats and dogs, world-class live entertaining, award-winning food and wine, carnival rides, show bags, and so much more.
Running from August 9-17 at Brisbane Showgrounds (just a short walk from Kennigo Hotel), experience an iconic show steeped in traditions, childhood memories and an electric atmosphere that has been passed down through generations.
